The transaction is pending for some time now, how do I cancel?

Resetting Metamask will cancel any pending transactions
  • Press your account icon on Metamask (top right corner)
  • Go to Settings
  • Go to Advanced
  • Press Reset

Metamask doesn't show the token on the token list.

After each swap on Solarbeam.io there is a pop up window that prompts you to add the token in Metamask. Otherwise you can manually add it by following these steps:
  • Go to Solarbeam’s analytics page
  • Search bar the token that you’re interested in and select it from the drop-down list
  • Copy the token’s address under the information section
  • Go to Metamask, and select the asset tab
  • Scroll down and click ‘import tokens’
  • Paste the address into the ‘Token Contract Address’ field
  • Press ‘Add custom token’ button

The numbers in the farms/vaults show "0"

Possible solutions:
  • Refresh the page
  • Try another browser
  • Hard refresh (Delete cookies etc.)

Bridged funds are still pending after a long time

For the integrated bridge powered by Anyswap (Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, and Moonriver), manually push your transaction ID through with this Anyswap tool.
  • Copy the transaction id from the history in the bridge tab
  • Fill in your transaction details in the tool
  • Press send
For all other bridged funds, or further issues, please contact Anyswap or Relaychain technical support.

Liquidity in the Pool tab can't be found

  • Go to the pool tab
  • Press import
  • Enter the two tokens of your liquidity
  • It’ll automatically show your liquidity pair and balance

Error prompting "increase slippage" while trying to do a swap

This is often caused by a token having low liquidity in the pool
  • Press the settings icon on the top right corner of the swap panel
  • Change your slippage tolerance to a slightly higher percentage and try again
  • When your transaction is done, remember to set the slippage tolerance back to ‘Auto’
Please ensure that you have selected the proper token and contract

Faucet not depositing MOVR after bridging

The following criteria must be met to get the faucet amount of 0.001 MOVR:
  • You must have bridged recently (usually takes 15-30 mins to detect the bridge)
  • You must have less than 0.001 MOVR in your account
  • There is an account limit (once per account)

What happens after vault lockup period?

  • Unstaking will auto-harvest the rewards
  • Harvesting will reset the timer
  • By doing nothing, you keep getting Solar rewards until you either stake, unstake or harvest

Metamask unable to connect to mobile browser

Try using Metamask’s app native browser instead.
