Resetting Metamask will cancel any pending transactions
- Press your account icon on Metamask (top right corner)
- Go to Settings
- Go to Advanced
- Press Reset
After each swap on Solarbeam.io there is a pop up window that prompts you to add the token in Metamask. Otherwise you can manually add it by following these steps:
- Search bar the token that you’re interested in and select it from the drop-down list
- Copy the token’s address under the information section
- Go to Metamask, and select the asset tab
- Scroll down and click ‘import tokens’
- Paste the address into the ‘Token Contract Address’ field
- Press ‘Add custom token’ button
Possible solutions:
- Refresh the page
- Try another browser
- Hard refresh (Delete cookies etc.)
For the integrated bridge powered by Anyswap (Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, and Moonriver), manually push your transaction ID through with this Anyswap tool.
- Copy the transaction id from the history in the bridge tab
- Fill in your transaction details in the tool
- Press send
For all other bridged funds, or further issues, please contact Solarbeam technical support.
- Go to the pool tab
- Press import
- Enter the two tokens of your liquidity
- It’ll automatically show your liquidity pair and balance
This is often caused by a token having low liquidity in the pool
- Press the settings icon on the top right corner of the swap panel
- Change your slippage tolerance to a slightly higher percentage and try again
- When your transaction is done, remember to set the slippage tolerance back to ‘Auto’
Please ensure that you have selected the proper token and contract
Try using Metamask’s app native browser instead.
